In this role, the Marketing Project Manager will execute a variety of project management and marketing duties in order to support the goals and initiates of the Outreach Marketing Products division. More specifically, this person owns the project management of Partnerships (Design and rollout of partner products, communication, conferences including display booths and marketing collateral), Outreach Everywhere and Social Ads (executing and monitoring customer ad campaigns, and other digital marketing projects as assigned) and various other duties as needed.   • Lead a cross-departmental team (Sales, Creative Services, Pre-production, Marketing) to carry out the strategic direction and execution of partnership-related projects according to established deadlines including, but not limited to:
    • Product development and promotional pages on Outreach.com
    • Marketing collateral as needed, such as email copy, videos, and social posts
    • Communication with partners on project status and approvals
    • Track and report on partner orders, sales and/or promotions


  • Coordinate and execute conference assets with the Sales Dept and Marketing Dept, including but not limited to:
    • Display booth elements and conference marketing collateral
    • Support for Marketing Dept for the annual Outreach Summit, including coordination of design and printing of the display booth elements
  • Oversee Social Ads products for churches, in cooperation with the Marketing Dept, including but not limited to:
    • Setting up and monitoring Outreach Everywhere and Social Ads campaigns as the administrator of the campaigns
    • Coordinating the creation and execution of custom social ads
    • Providing timely updates (daily, weekly, monthly) on ad campaign execution/completion to Digital Marketing Manager.
    • Providing social ad campaign results to customers
    • Providing ongoing training for the sales team related to the benefits and processes of Outreach Everywhere and Social Ads.
    • Working in tandem with Digital Marketing Specialist and Digital Marketing Manager to plan and execute promotion of Outreach Everywhere, Social Ads, and other Outreach products on social media through posts, giveaways, ads, retargeting, original blog content, etc.

  • Experience managing company or brand social media accounts like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube, etc.
  • A passion for social media and stays on top of the newest tactics in the industry.
  • Experience using social media analytics tools and the ability to recommend tweaks to strategies and or processes based on findings.
  • Ability to learn new software and adapt to changes in the digital marketing landscape.
  • Ability to manage the details of multiple projects at various stages simultaneously and see them through to completion.
  • Experience in project planning, project coordination, strategic marketing, & copywriting is required.
  • Significant knowledge of Christianity, the Christian church and pastoral leadership required.
  • Working knowledge of graphic design, email marketing, and software.
  • Experience directing/interfacing with creatives, vendors, purchasing or manufacturing teams a plus.
  • Knowledge of multimedia technology and products is a plus.
