Outreach Media Group, a division of Outreach, Inc., located in Colorado Springs, named "The Number One Mountain City" by Money Magazine is seeking a saavy, Senior Editor, ChurchLeaders.com to provide leadership and oversight on all content for ChurchLeader's.com This position requires a person who understands the pastor, church, and Christian audience and will use that wisdom and experience to minister to those individuals, drive engagement, increase retention, enhance branding and revenue.The core mission of the ChurchLeaders Editor is to oversee the content, curating, publishing, newsletters, podcasts and branding of ChurchLeaders in alignment with our mission to inspire, equip and resource a growing community of ministry leaders every day. This will require the ability to oversee a complex publishing system, manage multiple team members and contractors while maintaining excellence in our content strategy and increased engagement with our audiences. The ChurchLeaders Editor will also be responsible for Facebook growth, ministry reach, quarterly page view goals, email strategy, and branding.
What you'll be doing:
Oversee the publishing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality content on deadline every day.
Manage our ChurchLeaders team toward personal growth, effective strategy, and collaboration.
Grow the ChurchLeaders page views by 15% per quarter.
Oversee email deliverability and health by maintaining strong open rates and clickthroughs.
Manage the ChurchLeaders Facebook page with stories, memes, status posts, and video to increase engagement and website referrals.
Engage our ministry partners to build fruitful relationships for strategic growth and Kingdom objectives.

Education: Bachelors degree in communications, journalism, publishing, analytics or similar degree.
Experience: Must have at least three years experience working in web publishing/marketing role.
