Check out more about Outreach and our culture at: www.outreach.com/careers The Executive Administrator provides strategic level interaction, support and administration for the leadership team of the company in order to work towards the broader mission and vision. By providing confidential executive support to the President & the Executive team, the Executive Administrator handles a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and works independently with little or no supervision, making decisions and applying discernment in confidential matters. The position demands a high level of organization, flexibility, resourcefulness, efficiency and a professional demeanor in the challenges represented by supporting an office of diverse people and programs.

Some of the outcomes this individual needs to be able to perform are:

  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner 
  • Anticipates the President's needs and proactively brings together appropriate people and other resources to support the executive in addressing issues.
  • Serves as liaison for the employees to the President and Executive team members.
  • Handles confidential information and completes all necessary corporate forms to process changes to employee salaries/bonuses, job status changes, promotions or transfers, etc.
  • Take minutes at all Executive meetings and distribute for follow-up to action items
  • Works with People Central (HR) in coordinating corporate events.

  • Successful coordination and facilitation of corporate training for employees

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, excellent judgment, and tact when dealing with sensitive issues/situations
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Google Apps and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel on occasion as part of work responsibilities
  • Comfortable in communicating with the Christian church market, pastors, church leaders, as well as with Outreach's executive leadership on faith-oriented topics, Christian values, and biblical truth.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 5 years experience in a similar role supporting President/CEO and 6+ Executive officers
