Outreach Inc., the parent company for Outreach Media Group is seeking a professional product manager to impact literally millions of people around the world through their product development and innovative skills. Outreach Media Group is responsible for producing millions of page views by Christian consumers, pastors and church leaders around the world. Some of our product offerings are: FaithIt.com, SermonCentral.com, ForEveryMom.com, and ChurchLeaders.com. Why Outreach? The Digital Product Manager supports the ongoing development of site features, roadmaps, user interactions, and experience. 

OUTCOMES (Job Task, Metrics or Accountabilities):

  • Expand direct-sale product services for SermonCentral
  • Develop a clear and data-informed product strategy
  • Manage projects through software development teams for the complete development lifecycle
  • Communicate product development updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and supporting teams

  • Able to design cohesive products from analytics with an eye for details.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with outside partners to land on mutually beneficial results.
  • Experience in creating products that focus on users, results, and business goals.
  • Delivered Results. Must oversee the end-to-end experience via the software development team.
  • Self Starter. Works hard to identify and accomplish the right things.
  • Superior communicator. Clear, detailed, and concise communication through various tools: Slack, email, phone, video, and written.
  • Moderate levels of front-end development skills including HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Ability to edit emails and web pages with speed and skill.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • SaaS Knowledge. Know industry standards, practices, and tactics.
  • Curiosity around the best way to accomplish a goal.  Including multivariate testing, learning mentality.
  • Fast.  Capable of seeing a need and providing solutions with hyper-efficiency.
  • Able to organize and document process, code and features.


  • Office working environment


  • Education: Bachelors Degree in relevant field
  • Knowledge of the Church
  • Typing: 50 WPM


  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Experience in marketing software
  • Understanding of UX design principles
  • Experience working with developers, customers and stakeholders as part of a design process
