Outreach Media Group, a division of Outreach, Inc. is looking for a smart, responsible, Social Media Specialist/Graphic Designer, production art, to work in our Colorado Spring's office.  This is an entry-level role with room to grow!   Why Work Here?

The core mission of the Social Media Specialist/Graphic Design (production art) role is to increase revenue from new and existing results based advertising campaigns through maximizing social media revenue and minimizing costs. The Graphic Designer will be expected to execute on ad buying strategies as directed by the VP of Advertising Sales, Administrative Director, and CPL Coordinator. Your time will be spent creating and optimizing customer and creative ad placement on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, etc.


  • Execute and manage social media strategies for lead capture campaigns as contracted by the sales team within contracted time and meeting budget and lead goals
  • Design and create digital creative for clients and internal customers that leads to conversion for the campaign. Must be able to create production art using Photoshop in a high-demand, deadline-driven environment. 
  • Provide timely updates (daily, weekly, monthly) on campaign execution/completion to Ad Ops team
  • Develop new methods to engage prospects on social media or other channels
  • Expand Outreach Media Group's social media reach through like audience advertising


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing or Communications
  • Knowledge of social media, pay-per-click or paid search, inbound strategy, and digital marketing execution
  • Excellent creative design skills with an eye for optimizing conversions
  • Knowledge of best practices in design placement, colors, and typography
  • Proficient in Photoshop; Proficient in full Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Experience managing company or brand social media accounts like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube, etc. a plus
  • Knowledge of both consumer marketing and business-to-business marketing
  • Ability to learn new software and adapt to changes in the digital marketing landscape
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent writing ability, verbal communication, phone, and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to switch tasks easily
  • Proficiency with Google Apps (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc.), MS Office
