Digital Marketer, PPC Specialist for Outreach, Inc. If chosen as the Digital Marketer, PPC Specialist you will be responsible for running digital marketing campaigns through paid traffic sources like Facebook and Google, as well as internal advertising and email platforms. This includes building assets such as ad creatives and landing pages, as well as delivering superior conversion results through A/B split testing and optimization.

OUTCOMES (Job Task, Metrics or Accountabilities): 

  • Support a productivity-focused digital marketing team as the PPC specialist and light-duty graphic designer.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain at least 25 distinct paid traffic campaigns per month.
  • Provide occasional design-support for marketing campaigns, including ad creative and landing page layout.
  • Build context-sensitive and platform-connected landing pages for full stack marketing campaigns.
  • Provide data-proven improvements to paid marketing campaigns, underlined by an increase in email acquisition numbers, increase in direct sales, and increase in ROI.
  • Generate demonstrable annualized revenues of $100,000 for SermonCentral, ChurchJobFinder, and ChurchLeaders websites via paid traffic efforts including retargeting, search traffic, FB post boosting, etc.
  • Create systems to accurately monitor and optimize ROI on paid lead and customer acquisition campaigns for email growth and direct sale products and accurately track funnel performance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, IT or related field.
  • Technical: Mastery in Facebook Ad Manager, Google Adsense, and Google Analytics. Skill in Adobe Photoshop, and G Suite
  • Excellent writing skills that demonstrate a solid grasp of English grammar.
  • Typing: 50 WPM

Experience:        

  • At least 3 years experience working in the digital marketing world.
  • Experience with various a/b split testing platforms, email marketing platforms, and paid traffic sources.
  • Experience working with a collaborative team.
  • Spanish speaker a huge plus
