Outreach Employee Benefits

Outreach holds their employees in high regard and as a result, we provide exceptional benefit plans for all employees. Below is a brief overview of our 2017 employee benefits:

Medical/Rx Insurance

Outreach contributes 100% to the employee’s United Healthcare HSA or Basic medical plan for employee only. Employees are offered a choice of one of three tiered health plans to start 1st of the month following the date of hire. Adding family members adds cost to the premium. Regular employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week or more are eligible.

Dental/Vision

Outreach contributes 100% to employee’s Delta Dental DHMO discount plan in Colorado. Outreach also contributes a set contribution amount to Delta’s PPO Plan with a Premier option which is true dental insurance. The Delta Dental plan also has a discount Eye Med plan. Vision coverage is available at a reasonable rate through VSP.  Outreach contributes a set contribution to your premium if you choose the vision coverage.

Basic Term Life/AD&D Insurance

Outreach provides term life insurance coverage ($50,000 policy & $50,000 AD&D) with opportunity for optional Voluntary Life, Voluntary AD&D, Spouse life, Spouse AD&D and/or Child Life and Child AD&D. 

 Short and Long Term Disability

      STD - 100% Outreach-paid premium for the benefit which offers eligible employees short-term income protection insurance of 60% monthly salary up to the maximum of $2000/wk in the case of covered accident or illness.

      LTD – 100% Outreach-paid premium for the benefit which offers eligible employees long-term income protection insurance of 60% monthly salary up to the maximum of $7500/mo in the case of covered accident or illness. 

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Pre-tax 125 flexible medical, limited and dependent care spending accounts.  If the employee is enrolled in the HSA medical plan, Outreach contributes varying amounts to employee’s HSA based on enrollment tier.   

401(k) Plan

      Auto-enrolled in a 401k retirement plan with voluntary employee contribution 1st of the month following the date of hire.

      Company contribution of 1% to 401k plan (discretionary), plus up to 1% employer match after six months of employment with 4% employee contribution. 

Employee Assistance Program & Travel Assistance

Employees are automatically eligible for EAP services providing 3 visits, per year, per family member.  Plus a travel assistance service when the employee travels 100+ miles from home or to another country.

Profit Sharing
Executives determine annual percentage for profit sharing disbursement to all regular employees when budget goals are met.

Vacation & Holidays
Outreach offers a minimum of two weeks of vacation annually, plus an optional vacation buy-up plan.  Outreach gives employees nine paid holidays per year plus one personal day and 2 early release days.  

Additional Perks
1.  Adventure equipment check-out program is free to employees.  Check out items such as SUP boards, kayaks, life-jackets, tents, snowshoes, etc.

2.  Free-food Fridays during summer months.  Seasonal events and parties.  

3.  Outreach has a great team atmosphere with a shared sense of eternal purpose and mission.

4.  Outreach is located in beautiful Colorado Springs and under the shadow of America's mountain - Pikes Peak.  Our main campus is minutes away from Garden of the Gods, the U.S. Air Force Academy, the U.S. Olympic Training Center, and is just a few feet from Ute Valley Park which is great for mountain biking, hiking, and trail-running.
